“We took our 13 year old Pomeranian to Aunt Jayne's Groom Room for a bath and full groom, and we are so happy with the results!! We consider him special needs because he has severe osteoarthritis and can't tolerate much twisting snd stretching, but Jayne was so caring and gentle with him, that he did not seem sore at all afterward and is finally free of his matted fur and looks cute too. We have not taken him to be groomed for 1-1/2 years, because he couldn't walk for 2 weeks after his last grooming elsewhere and we thought that it would be too painful for him, but Jayne has come to the rescue. Thank you Jayne!!“

“Highly recommend!! I took my dog here last weekend and it was a positive experience all around! My dog is a Jack Russell Terrier and not always happy to have a bath and her nails clipped. Jules, the wonderful lady who took care of our fur baby was amazing! She took time to ask me about our dog, if there was anything she should look out for or avoid. She was so helpful and so kind with our dog. Our dog was so happy and calm after her treatment, she's usually anxious for hours after being at the groomer. I will absolutely be going back to Jules at Woof Gang and would highly recommend her, especially if you have an anxious puppy!“

The doggies being dropped off love the staff and that should be enough of a testimonial.Jeff was real patient and careful with Bhim who has never been professionally groomed. They also accommodated a sitter bringing him in. See before and after pics of how they were able to make Bhim look more like an actual bichón frisé. All the curly matted fur was patiently combed and trimmed.Jeff also has some helpful long term advice for making grooming easier in the future. 10/10 recommend bringing your dog and sitting in the waiting area to play/pet other happy doggies.“

“We love Walker’s Pet Hotail! Our Charlie is loving but sometimes particular and Walkers welcomes him with open arms. He has been to daycare and boarded and has always left happy and TIRED. Its very clean, no smells, and the receptionist is always so pleasant. I do make phone calls and check on him when boarded and they are always willing to give a quick update. The play areas have indoor and outdoor spaces with 3 separate play areas depending on size and personality. They also have small play areas and walking paths for the pups who enjoy their alone time. Ive never boarded a cat however their homes appear comfy, clean, and a lot of window space for the cats to peer out. Go in for a tour and see for yourself!“
