“Everyone is warm, helpful and engaging. The doc is incredibly thorough and confirms that you understand everything he is explaining. He is willing to modify any treatment that you are not comfortable with, but is clear what his preferential treatment is. He and his techs keep you cost updated as you go, which is incredibly helpful. The visit is followed up with a complete summary via email, and any questions you have can be texted or emailed in return. A follow up visit is scheduled, and everyone is accessible anytime that you have questions. Highly recommend!!!“

“Dr. Bowers and her team are so wonderful, simply the kindest, most knowledgeable, genuine, and dedicated! I haven't had kittens in 20 years, and Dr. Bowers and her office were so patient with my many questions and wacky scheduling needs. I left feeling equipped with knowledge that I needed (she took time to show me exactly how to clip their nails), yet also reassured that I am doing the right things as a new pet parent. “The vets at Aston Vet are all so caring, patient, and gentle with my dogs. Gracie and Spunky are both nervous pups and the vets and techs do everything they can to make them comfortable. They are very responsive to setting up appointments for more urgent needs, send reminders for routine visits, and even have a convenient mail order pharmacy service for my pets regular medicine. 10/10 service with 10/10 people.
