“Newtown Square Veterinary Hospital treats me and my two Yorkies Marcel & Miso like family. My boys love coming here and getting attention from all of the staff. They are knowledgeable, informative, and true animal lovers. The wait is never bad. We always get seen on time. The rooms are always clean and pretty spacious. My questions and concerns are always answered carefully and throughly. My pets never return fearful because they are so gentle with them. They quickly get records over to me when I need to send them to other places. They are slightly more expensive than others in the area but the quality of care is unmatched! I’m lucky they are so close to me because finding a good vet can be a nightmare. Having them on my side makes me a much better pet owner.“

Not an easy feat, but they do it with ease. We have used them for over 25 years with all of our pets, and have never had a single problem with their care of our "babies". “Everyone is warm, helpful and engaging. The doc is incredibly thorough and confirms that you understand everything he is explaining. He is willing to modify any treatment that you are not comfortable with, but is clear what his preferential treatment is. He and his techs keep you cost updated as you go, which is incredibly helpful. The visit is followed up with a complete summary via email, and any questions you have can be texted or emailed in return. A follow up visit is scheduled, and everyone is accessible anytime that you have questions. Highly recommend!!!“

“First took our 6 year old cat here a few months ago for an illness visit after deciding to switch vets from a vet we were previously seeing in New Jersey. From the moment we walked in we knew immediately he was in good hands and have then decided to take the rest of our cats here as well.

The staff here are friendly, patient with both humans and animals & very knowledgeable. In both times we have been to the Fishtown office; I have had no doubt about the care our cats have received, have left the office feeling like any concerns or questions I have had were heard and answered and that our cats were well taken care of.

“My Boxer needed to see a cardiologist to ascertain the severity of his right ventricular cardiomyopathy. I was on a cancellation list for an earlier appointment and was called when one came up for grabs. Score 1 for them reaching out to me instead of me having to continually call to check. When we arrived, the front desk staff fussed over my boy and snapped his photo. There was no wait time: I was called in exactly on time for the appointment. Nurse took history questions and was kind and patient. Doctor was superlative: patient and extremely knowledgeable. Absolutely flawless in his care and diagnostics“

“We switched vets because this is much closer to our home. So far every visit has been smooth and also affordable! Our chow Sandy had a dental with 11 teeth removed…much needed! We plan on switching the rest of our crew over as well! One important factor I love is they require you to call when you arrive. I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. McGrath, who initially explained what happened to my dog in a way that was super easy to understand, Dr. Brewer who had my boy in surgery the same day and saved him. AND all the staff who helped Corkal along. He is not easy to deal with ( if I'm putting it mildly) and I appreciate all the care they gave him, even if he didn't seem like HE appreciated it.“

“Providence Animal Hospital, and especially Michelle from Providence, are the BEST! I’m out of the country and my dog was taken to VEG in Philadelphia… I called Michelle and providence to get their opinion on my dog’s condition, and she was the nicest person and did everything she could to help figure out the best plan of care for my dog. It meant so much to me that Michelle genuinely cared that much about my dog and did everything she could to help, unlike some of the people at VEG. Not even kidding, Michelle’s bosses should triple her salary and give her a 3 month paid vacation… SHE IS THE BEST!!!“

“My cat is not a patient at Just For Cats, but they were so incredibly helpful to me and my cat when I was desperately searching for a bag of her special diet food. My cat’s food at her regular vet was out of stock, my delivery order of her food was delayed, and my cat was running out of food. I called and emailed dozens of vets in the Philly/Greater Philly area, and Just For Cats was the only one willing and able to help me and my cat, even though she is not a patient with them. Without their help, my cat would’ve run out of her special diet food and I would’ve been at a loss for what to do. “The vets at Aston Vet are all so caring, patient, and gentle with my dogs. Gracie and Spunky are both nervous pups and the vets and techs do everything they can to make them comfortable. They are very responsive to setting up appointments for more urgent needs, send reminders for routine visits, and even have a convenient mail order pharmacy service for my pets regular medicine. 10/10 service with 10/10 people. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who has pets!!“

“I had taken my dog with me on a several hour drive. About an hour after leaving home, I realized I didn't have a leash to use to give him a potty break! I was running late, but looking for a pet store or something on my side of the highway so I could run in quick and get a leash, but I couldn't find anything. I saw the sign for this vet and hoped they would be open and have leashes for purchase. They didn't have any for sale, but were happy to give me a free one from a drug rep that had dropped them off. So... LONG story short, they were very sweet and helpful, and if I was in the area again and was in need of their assistance, I would definitely go here!“

“Dr. Kwon just blew my mind with his vet skills. I have never seen my dog act so calm at a vet before. As soon as Dr Kwon came into the room, he sat on the floor to greet my dog. He spent a lot of time explaining everything to me and then did NOT try to nickle and dime me at the end like my last vet did.
