Lucy was a rescue and had a great great of going to the vet. Our first visit, they sat for 45 minutes with peanut butter in hand to welcome her. It worked and had reduced her stress about the next visit.Doctors and staff go above and beyond to accommodate her need to sniff the place out every visit and are kind and patient to her needs. First appointment with Town & Country Vet. They had all my dogs files transferred from my former vet. The front desk staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The nurse was extremely thorough with reviewing my dogs records and allowing me the time I needed to ask questions. The doctor was very pet focused and did a thorough exam and also reviewed her medical records. She sat on the floor with my lab and answered all my additional questions regarding my dog’s health. I would highly recommend this vet hospital and I will continue going back.

I am a relatively new client to Town and Country. Any time I come in, whether to pick up medication or bring my cat in for a check up, end to end service from the front desk to all of the doctors is always excellent. Dr Chay is always extremely thorough and kind to myself and my cat. Definitely one of the best vet hospitals in the area.
