“I have chronic and occasionally acute back problems. Dr John’s is awesome. She keeps me aligned and allows me to continue with my active lifestyle. She is really knowledgeable about how the body works and gives really good advice on exercises or how to make changes such as sleeping positions to prevent future problems. I highly recommend her!“

“Dr Shane is a great chiropractor! You can tell he cares and is very knowledgeable. He explains what he is doing and so far my husband has had good results. This chiropractor office is like no other, they work on your muscles AND your spine and they really take their time. We drive 50 minutes to see Dr. Shane. Nicole at the front desk is the sweetest and most helpful! We feel we are really in good hands.“

1502 West Chester Pike Suite 23, West Chester“I recently completed a treatment program at NovaCare Rehab in West Chester following knee replacement surgery. I was very pleased with the treatment I received there. From my initial assessment with Rita through a number of subsequent appointments with her and Keith I continued to improve markedly in my post-surgery recovery. Rita and Keith, as well as other therapists I witnessed, are both professional and caring. Quickly one becomes part of the NovaCare "family." I recommend this facility without any reservation or qualification. It's top notch!“

“I had been suffering from Sciatica nerve pain for several months, at times the pain was so bad I could hardly walk, than I started going to Garnet Valley Sports and Spine Chriopractor. The doctors and staff are outstanding. They work with you personally on your condition. I am now walking pain free. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is suffering from an injury or anything else. I couldn't have done it without them.“
“Payal Shah is the #1 physical therapist that I have ever worked with. She approaches people from a comprehensive and full body standpoint. I attribute Payal to being part of the team that saved my life, body, and career. I deal with moderate nerve damage in my arm/neck and Payal took the time to pinpoint what muscles were in dysfunction that were contributing to my issues. She did not brush off my concerns and also knew where to be firm in my recovery. If you have neck/back/jaw/shoulder/headaches/postural issues I deeply recommend that you give Payal a shot and have her be part of your rehab journey. She has also taken additional training in Active Release Technique (ART) which many other physical therapists do not have; which gives her advanced skills to be able to manipulate the areas that need it most.Thank you so much for the work that you do <3“

As someone that deals with chronic pain and hypermobility, the therapists here are highly qualified and work with what your body CAN do; setting realistic and helpful ways to gain a better connection to moving your body again. 10/10!“

108 Plant Ave, Wayne“I have been to many physical therapy providers over the last 10 years. Most are like factories where each therapist is working on 3-4 people concurrently. There is a set therapy for each diagnosis and the therapists do not stray from that. Working with Kim has been the exact opposite of that experience. Kim is very educated on many different modalities. She is a partner who is actually invested in each individual she works with. She asks for and listens to feedback and and is dedicated to improving her clients' lives. If you work with Kim you can be sure she will go to the ends of the Earth to improve your condition. I have never had a therapist contact me outside of a therapy session to send links to articles or to say they were thinking about me and sending links to exercises I might be willing to try. This is an example of how Kim goes out of her way for each client. If all PT was modeled after how client focused Kim's practice is then I believe many more people would be back to "normal" much, much sooner.“

134 Lancaster Ave, Malvern“I tore my left ACL while playing volleyball and went through ACL reconstruction. Post surgery, I experienced pain and swelling after every PT session. I visited three different PTs over the course of two years and all I used to get was that my knee is a puzzle. To be honest, I didn't have much hope when I first visited Supriya at Potential. Lack of strength, instability and flexibility were major concerns two years after the surgery.Supriya analyzed and spent time to make me aware of the underlying problem. I never got the confidence earlier that my problem will be solved or realistic timeline of rehab. She has that rare trait of connecting with patients, clarity in both analyzing and explaining the problem by setting realistic rehab goals. Today, I can and I ten miles straight every other day and I am able to play game again.I am very grateful for Supriya and Potential Physical Therapy.I would highly recommend her for anyone in need of physio.“

700 Pont Reading Rd, Ardmore“Chris is simply the best. Deeply and broadly knowledgeable, non-judgmental and caring, attentive to individual needs and creative about finding ways to help in each specific situation. I first saw Chris for physical therapy almost 10 years ago on a recommendation from a physician, and just like that physician, I have been loyal to him ever since, whether for physical therapy, personal training, or for referrals to other skilled professionals.“
“I have had a fantastic experience working with Chip. The entire staff is pleasant, friendly and very engaged. A super relaxed atmosphere with a very knowledgeable staff. I absolutely recommend them!!“
