When I first came to Integrated Physical Therapy, I was in such pain from a torn rotator cuff that I wanted to cry. Over the year or so that it took for me to heal , the therapist, Lindsay, worked patiently with me choosing the best exercises for my healing. I never felt that this was a one size fits all treatment center. By the time I left, the pain was significantly reduced and my range of motion so improved that I wanted to hug every therapist there! The space itself at Integrated therapy is a beautiful space with lots of natural light. it’s smaller than many Physical Therapy gyms.
