Liz and her team at LSF Pilates are the best! Jackie was so helpful in my shoulder injury recovery and Sophia for private sessions. The instructors are patient, thorough, and educational. I am new to pilates and immediately felt welcomed and equipped. We went over everything from strength, to balance, to flexibility and I am excited for future private sessions.
