is an exceptional healing facility in every way—from getting appointments, payment, insurance knowledge, and the therapists. I have been going to this facility for over 10 years for various reasons—sciatica flare-ups and a full shoulder replacement. Dr. Scott Burns and Kendra Kozyra are two therapists that I trust and need as part of my healthcare team. Not only do they give me physical exercises to help with pain/discomfort or rehab, but they also know and understand my emotional needs. Not understanding causes me anxiety. They know this and give me information so I can relax and more forward with healing.

As luck would have it, I lived most of my life accident free and in good health. But in 2025, my luck ran out when I suffered a traumatic injury to my lower back. The pain was so severe I could no longer walk. I tried to manage it myself, but that only made it worse. As the weeks passed, I lost my muscle strength, endurance and ambition. Worst of all, I stopped socializing. I did not want to be seen by anyone, family or neighbors, walking with a cane.
Fortunately, an evaluation by an Orthopedic Doctor gave me hope. He suggested that all my problems could be resolved with a visit to a Physical Therapist. The Doctor scheduled a follow-up visit in 6 weeks...read full review
I was very nervous to go on day one. I had Dr Jordan who was very professional, compassionate and reassured me. I have 2 other times and I am amazed how much better I am feeling. Far from better, but I feel like my road to recovery will be so beneficial. I truly like NovaCare Conshohocken.
