1000/10 experience! I was so nervous coming in to physical therapy due to past negative experiences and the entire team there is so welcoming that it literally took just a few minutes to feel comfortable there! I worked mostly with Jordan and Kendra and both of them were so nice and helpful! Even when they had other patients at the same time as me, they spent plenty of time with me and focused on my care at each appointment and they both manage their time very effectively! I love them! My experience at Novacare Conshohocken was as good as I could have hoped for. The staff was always friendly and knowledgeable, which created an enjoyable environment for physical therapy.Kendra was with me from day one and was extremely professional, personable, and easy to work with from start to finish. I am very thankful to have gotten to know her and other members of the staff over the past 5 months. Not only did my pain get resolved, but the entire experience was fantastic. Highly recommend!!

Michael, the OT, is very encouraging, patient, honest and attentive. He sets realistic expectations and explains things so they are understandable. I feel better after my exercises when I leave. Everyone there is friendly. A great experience if you need PT or OT. Highly recommend.
