Physical therapy in Bryn Mawr

Bryn Mawr Sports Rehab & Physical Therapy

945 East Haverford Road, Bryn Mawr

Tue 7AM - 9PM

“I just had my first baby via unscheduled C section. PT was suggested to me during my pregnancy but I didn’t make that a priority. I stayed active during pregnancy and figured that would be enough. I’ve been working with Angela with core, balance, and overall full body (addressing things I’ve just ignored).

Between the in office exercises and the home exercises, I’ve been feeling better and stronger each visit.

The whole staff is welcoming & I highly recommend BMSR. The PTs sometimes balance more than 1 patient at a time, but I feel like my problems are addressed and able to get a productive session in

Thanks Angela - can’t wait to be in better shape than I was pre baby!”

Primal Physical Therapy

905 West Lancaster Avenue, Bryn Mawr

Tue 6AM - 7PM

“I sought help for back, neck, and shoulder issues, and Dr. Jessica Calderon went above and beyond to target the exact areas causing pain and mobility issues. She is extremely attentive and genuinely cares about her patients’ progress. After just two sessions, with a combination of dry needling and targeted exercises, my pain and stiffness have dramatically improved, and my mobility is noticeably better. I am very grateful for all the help!”

Functional TMJ & Neck Center

100 Chetwynd Drive Ste 103, Bryn Mawr

Tue 7AM - 2PM

“I saw Dr. Seo for about 3 months before and after an arthroscopy of my right TMJ and saw a drastic difference just within those few months. I went from not being able to talk and eat without intense discomfort to now being able to eat most things with minimal discomfort and talk with no discomfort. Could not recommend enough!!”
