Medical RANT!!!
For years most of you know I train really hard in the gym and at my job as an HVAC technician. Over the years it has taken a toll on my back and body.
I’ve been to several Doctors, chiropractor’s, MRI’s, CAT scans, electronic stimulation, deep tissue, dry needling, cupping, ultra sound...the list goes on and on. 3-4 years I have been dealing with hip pain and SI joint pain and QL pain related to one side. Most of the PT specialists and doctors just attack the pain and NEVER why we are here in the first place. Then my hip, PSOAS and Glute med started to get involved and I pretty much gave up.
I stopped Squatting 3 years ago and can’t sleep or sleep on one side. I thought it was stretching I needed but in fact it was the opposite. A friend told me to visit MOTIVE SPORTS THERAPY as a last resort. It’s taken 3 months but I am 75% better and back to being 100%...
I SQUATTED 315 today for 5 reps and NO PAIN!!!
Dr Mark not only has me back to squatting in 3 months but has me pain free. I cannot express how good I feel that I found a person that takes their job as seriously as I do. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
