“Last year my husband and I went to the Pittsburgh Home and Garden Show to look at and compare different window manufacturers. We liked the quality of ThermoTwin windows, so we made an appointment to go to the Oakmont showroom to look at the windows again. The sales person at the showroom explained the fabrication process, and even took us on a tour of the factory.
We had ThermoTwin replace 18 windows in our house. We are very happy with the quality of the windows and with the installation. A five-man crew arrived on time, did not rush the job, took the time to answer questions, and they were careful carrying the old windows out of the house and carrying in the new windows so as to not damage our walls, woodwork, or furniture.

“From start to finish, this company was amazing to work with. I put in an online request for a quote, got a call the next day, they came out that week to do the estimate (which took about 20 min), and that evening I had a quote from them. There was ZERO pressure from them, and they never tried to sell me something I didn't need. Their price was completely fair and there were no games and no hidden expenses. When they came to do the job, the office manager was there. If we needed a new board they took pictures and checked with us before replacing it. There was a minor miscommunication on a Saturday morning where the gutter installers were a little confused about the job. I called the office manager, and she came out right away to make sure the job was done right even though we had figured it out over the phone. The day after the work was done it rained quite hard and the roof and gutters worked perfectly! If you need roof work, do yourself a favor and just call them.“
