We liked the quality of ThermoTwin windows, so we made an appointment to go to the Oakmont showroom to look at the windows again. The sales person at the showroom explained the fabrication process, and even took us on a tour of the factory.<br>We had ThermoTwin replace 18 windows in our house. We are very happy with the quality of the windows and with the installation. A five-man crew arrived on time, did not rush the job, took the time to answer questions, and they were careful carrying the old windows out of the house and carrying in the new windows so as to not damage our walls, woodwork, or furniture.<br>We are very happy with the quality of our new windows. “Received some damage on 3 roofs that we own. First contractor was a no show. JP Roofing came when they said, did what they said they were going to do, and in a timely manner. Within a week from signing the contract they were here. Lots of workers and did all 3 roofs in 12 hours. One roof was a large 4 car garage, the second a small house, and the third was a large shed. The workers WORKED hard totally cleaned up when they were done. Could not ask more. Could not believe all that was done in one day. Even had to make repairs to the wood under the shingles. Extremely happy. Would recommend in a heart beat. Management followed to inspect and hear our comments. GREAT JOB GUYS! We thought they were honest and fair and proved they were good to their word.”
