We liked the quality of ThermoTwin windows, so we made an appointment to go to the Oakmont showroom to look at the windows again. The sales person at the showroom explained the fabrication process, and even took us on a tour of the factory.
We had ThermoTwin replace 18 windows in our house. We are very happy with the quality of the windows and with the installation. A five-man crew arrived on time, did not rush the job, took the time to answer questions, and they were careful carrying the old windows out of the house and carrying in the new windows so as to not damage our walls, woodwork, or furniture.
