“A+ Customer Service - There was a little hiccup with the turnaround time for my order. I run tight deadlines and cannot afford that type of delay. I made one phone call after I knew the issue existed and received white glove service clear through the time the windows were delivered onsite. They were completed within my necessary timeframe so there was no site delay. I cannot say enough about Emma in the sales department, the production team and everyone in between clear up to the owner of the company.
