I really appreciated that Heather was readily available throughout the project to answer any questions or concerns. Thank you Heather for choosing the shingle color! Looks fantastic! TJ fixed and resolved a continuous gutter issue and made sure that all my downspouts were working correctly. From start to finish, this company was amazing to work with. I put in an online request for a quote, got a call the next day, they came out that week to do the estimate (which took about 20 min), and that evening I had a quote from them. There was ZERO pressure from them, and they never tried to sell me something I didn't need. Their price was completely fair and there were no games and no hidden expenses. When they came to do the job, the office manager was there. If we needed a new board they took pictures and checked with us before replacing it. There was a minor miscommunication on a Saturday morning where the gutter installers were a little confused about the job....read full review
