Four years ago, we purchased a 1950 ranch with 1 slider of the dining room window slightly fogged. I looked between the glass and found TTI 12 -94. On a whim I called Thermo Twin and they had installed the windows in January of 1995 and had all the measurements and records of that 26 year old install. They brought out a new slider and put it right in for $25.00. I have to say that I recommend these windows as top quality, and the customer service is the best. Thermo-Twin did a remarkable job of installing my new picture window. The installers were very knowledgeable about their work. They arrived at the scheduled time and were very courteous.
