A leak had developed in the 2-in-12 pitch part of the 11 year old roof. Will, the Project Mgr. for AMC arrived exactly on time, did a thorough inspection of the entire roof, and explained the scope of the project precisely to me and my wife. They did extensive siding work on my house, as well as 2nd floor & attic windows, doors, gutters, and any related soffit/facia and trim work.They did a beautiful job.I hired them again the following year to do the first floor windows and a gutter guard (for leaves).They did a great job discussing all of the possible options with me, and maintained ongoing communication. They made much-appreciated suggestions that really helped with the aesthetics of the finished project.The folks doing the work were all very skilled and professional and friendly.I felt that the price was reasonable given the extent of the work and the quality of the labor and materials I selected.They worked through various weather conditions and dealt with a few surprises (a squirrel and bird family that were determined to move in), all with great patience.I will hire them again if and when I have any other work that needs to be done (front bottom windows).A few before and after pictures are attached.“

“Came out right away after contacting on Yelp. Friendly service and made special effort to meet our needs for our gutter repair, down to even ensuring color matching. Final product came out great. Only reason it's not five stars is scheduling was a bit of a nightmare. Reached out several times over multiple weeks to get clarity on a date and never got clear updates. If not for the time it took for this, would be five stars, because the final product is solid. Tip: They gave me the option to pay immediately and then book at the estimate, if you can do it, take them up on this and I suspect you'll be in for a five star experience.“

Dean was not only attentive to what we asked for, but threw in a couple other important items he noticed while making the estimate. Time-to-schedule was fast. The work itself was efficient and thorough (and most importantly, done as-quoted). The quote was spot-on; enough they could make a little money after their expenses, but not by any means taking us to the cleaners. I figure if the attention to detail was this good on a small job like ours, they're knocking it out of the park every time.“

“Welte roofing recently completed a siding job on our 1932 Tudor Revival home. Jeremy worked closely and patiently with us to help select the appropriate color and style of siding that would best suit our house. He was always available for questions and responded quickly to emails and telephone calls. He also made several visits to our property with different sample and suggestions for the project. Once the job was underway the workmen were courteous, kind and extremely efficient. Taking special care and precautions to deal with some rather fragile structures near to the house. They worked very quickly and used time wisely and most proficiently. Always a thorough clean up and were open and receptive to adjustments and last minute suggestions to make things look their very best. I cannot speak highly enough of Jeremy and his crew and of Welte roofing. Their pricing was by far the best and the most fair in terms of expense. We felt we were treated as valued and respected customers and would highly recommend this company to any and all. It was a 5 star job done with excellence.“
