We called him out thinking the leak would be a quick fix but with each roadblock we came across, he talked us through and ultimately the problem was fixed after 3 hours and an additional trip to the hardware store. He was able to apply a simple and cost effective fix to our older exterior unit and now our AC is blowing better than anytime since we purchased our house 9 years ago. This was also after a larger company’s tech told my wife we needed an entire replacement of both systems and sent a salesman to grease me up before a quote that was about 175% the average price in my neighborhood.

Dave came and showed me the wiring issue. The other tech would’ve absolutely seen the frayed wire, as it was visible as soon as the cover was off.

I will now use Dave for every HVAC service I need moving forward, including replacement when that becomes necessary.“
