“I went to high school with Sean many years ago… I was using town and country fuel and had a brand new Roth oil tank put in by my service company..town and country refused to fill it saying it wasn’t installed correctly and very unprofessional with me after 4 years of business for absolutely no reason (they must have never seen a Roth tank before) mind you the first fill up was included by my service guy it was filled without any issue by his provider… so I reach out to T&M they asked for pictures the lady I spoke with on the phone was great very professional and helpful….They came right out next day looked it over and filled me up…. Our neighborhood recently had some re-piping done by Aqua (our water provider), which required follow-up visits to replace individual water meters. As a result, many of us ended up working with this plumber—and every single neighbor I spoke to had a great experience, including us!

From start to finish, the communication was excellent. I got a voicemail about scheduling, and when I called back, they responded right away. I then received a text confirming the appointment, and on the day of the visit, I got a reminder along with a photo of one of the technicians so I’d know who to expect. That extra touch made me feel really comfortable.

They arrived on time, were incredibly polite and respectful, and took great care while working in our home. I work from home and they were very quiet throughout the whole visit. We have a cat, and they were super careful to keep doors shut so she didn’t sneak out or get into the basement while they worked. They didn’t move anything unnecessarily and checked in before shutting off the water to make sure I had what I needed.

They were professional, friendly, and clearly take pride in their work. I offered them drinks and use of the bathroom, and while they declined, they did so with kindness and professionalism. The entire interaction was smooth and pleasant.

Several neighbors were so impressed they asked for a business card so they could call them for future work—and honestly, same here. We worked with them for plumbing, but we’ll absolutely be calling them again for HVAC and other services in the future.

“We’ve used B&B for nearly 20 years. They took care of my old nat gas furnace all those years, put in a central AC system over 10 years ago that has worked great. It’s needed service twice, once about seven years ago, and today. We let them know it was out yesterday around 4:30 pm and they were here before noon, earlier than expected. Last year they installed a modern furnace/hot water system that is amazing. All their bills have been reasonable and their dealings honest, full disclosure, no surprises. Chuck & Chris have had our back, and we appreciate them.“
