They took the time to answer all of my questions, thoroughly explaining what caused the leak, how they would repair it and how their system would prevent it from happening again. Everyone I dealt with at Ai Restoration, from the office to the workers who were on site were professional and a pleasure to work with. They took care not to damage any surrounding areas and completely cleaned up afterwards. I am very happy with the results. The new stucco looks great and I now have peace of mind when it rains. “Our only regret in hiring John Brady with Brady Property Services is that we didn't find and hire him sooner. John gave us a competitive estimate in mid-2022 to renovate a hallway and half bath - a project delayed by budgets and the pandemic for about 4+ years. We set a start date of early January 2023 and John began his work.We found John and his colleague to be extremely professional, prompt and thoughtful in their work. What's more - John asked questions and verified details with us as he went. There was no assuming what we might want, and he offered helpful ideas and recommendations. Working in a fairly tight space, John and his colleague were respectful of the fact that I work from home and, although construction noise is unavoidable when tearing down walls and what have you, they were not intrusive or blasting loud music as they worked. I sincerely appreciated their professional manner and dress because my mother lives with us and I am keenly aware of how strangers in the house might make her feel uncomfortable. They were so polite and respectful of her and my family. That cannot be said of all contractors.Now, the work quality: I'd rate it excellent or better. John also stayed late once or twice because he wanted to make sure the quality of the work was also up to his high standards.Prior to hiring John, we had another company work on a basement renovation. The comparison was like night and day. The company handling the basement took too long, cost too much and the quality of both the work and the workers was not good. Brady Property Services was a study in contrasts with John's work completed in a timely manner, staying within a reasonable budget and producing outstanding quality in the work itself. We have more projects to complete, and John will now be our first call for all of them. I highly recommend him.“

I needed a new roof, new gutters, stucco repaired and replaced, and also concrete work. To say Bill and his team did great work would be a severe understatement ! He works with highly skilled teams who each have their own specialty. For three weeks, I had some of the best workers I have ever encountered at my house doing an incredible job ! “We had the privilege of having this company come to our home. We contacted, them the Monday after Easter as we had a shower leak, shower had no shut off. Within a half an hour they came out to access the job. We found Joe very responsive, quite knowledgeable ; he was very polite and took the time to answer any questions.
