Very good communication and overall project management. The working leads were remarkably good and a pleasure to work with. Working through the design and selection details up front is a lot of work but will pay off. Even if the owners have their own design team, Tilghman should consider having their own in house interior designer who will verify/optimize the design to best produce a design that fully describes the project requirements (construction specifics) for the construction leads to implement. Modern interior design tools will also help the owners to best visualize the final installation including best possible material color renderings.“
