We finally bit the bullet and replaced our ancient patio sliding door with a new, vinyl door with built-in blinds. Dan Kelly was our salesman and we’d highly recommend working with him! He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, thoroughly reviewed our options, answered our (probably too many) questions, and was just overall great to work with. The installers also did an incredible job, I’d call them meticulous.
There’s only one problem…. Which is that now we’re thinking about calling Dan to get quotes to replace a few windows because of the great experience we had.

6 months ago I had a new bedroom window installed by Dailey. From the way I was treated you would have thought I was having all the windows in a mansion replaced. Visits to make sure the correct size was ordered etc. The window itself is lovely. (I did have to call to get instruction for how to unlock it 'cause it was different from my old one.) But, while there they noticed my patio door was stubborn so they applied silicone and gave me instructions for the future. I felt cared about.
I have been using Dailey Manufacturing for 20 years now. And since around 2014, when they started supplying contractors with Provia products I switched my windows as well.
Never a bad order. Always lots of information when odd issues of construction arise. And friendly/educational service.
So for those reasons I continue to have Dailey be my supplier of windows.
