“Wish we had used Mason’s<br><br>We unfortunately picked another landscaping company for a pool pad since they were less busy and could complete it faster. (Mason’s did have the better price though!) Spoiler alert, the other company did not complete it quickly and the project became a mess.<br><br>I reached out to Rich for some advice and he was very gracious with his time and was not overtly critical of the competition when he could have been. Felt like very fair feedback. Will certainly use Masons for our next project no matter the timeline.”

Our second floor porches on both the front and back had to be rebuilt due to water damage, including major carpentry repairs, new fiberglass flooring, new trim work, all new railings, and new columns in front. And we had to squeeze in a new roof in the middle of the job.<br>Communication was great from the initial bid by Lorenzo and from crew leader John throughout. Their bid was highly competitive and I chose Beaver based on excellent reviews and seeming to be a fairly large outfit that good get the job done. And they ended up being the perfect choice. Even our dogs loved John and his team. Won’t hesitate to call them for any future work needed.”

“We contracted PHI to do a substantial home renovation which included ripping down stucco, putting up vinyl siding, replacing every window, and installing new soffits, gutters, and downspouts.<br><br>This was a big project with a lot of details to get right. From the start, Brian came out and had a very in depth discussion about what we wanted and provided us with a detailed breakdown on costs as well as a computer mockup of what our home would look like after the renovation which helped us visualize the end result. We tweaked the proposal many times before signing the contract (plus a few times after), and the communication was always fast and informative.<br><br>Once the work actually started, the workers did a great job of caring for our property to make sure nothing was damaged. The team worked faster than I expected, with the entire project lasting about 12 working days (5 of which were dedicated to removing the stucco). Everyone involved was friendly and the foreman, Patrick, was very helpful when issues arose.<br><br>The entire project didn't go off without a hitch, there were a few minor headaches along the way (as I'm sure there would be with any project this size), but what sets PHI apart is how they went the extra mile to remedy those issues. The end result is fantastic and we have a house which we won't have to worry about for a long long time.”
