We also decided to update our main bathroom. It was a total gut job and I have to say it only took three weeks.
It turned out amazing.
My husband and I are very happy with the prompt responses and the etiquette of the men working for this company. We have three crazy dogs and they were not happy with the walls coming down but the men were gracious and worked with our situation.

“We completed a Kitchen / First Floor remodel in March 2026. I chose to wait a few months before submitting my review, in order to leave sufficient time to evaluate any post-construction issues.
We began our renovation project in the first half of 2025, with a methodical interview process of 6 to 7 local design/build firms. Most of the design/build firms take the same approach with potential customers. What set Mike F and Custom Craft apart was his desire to 'keep the conversation going' after the initial introduction and scope discussion. Mike F did this in a very gentle manner - it was not a 'hard sell'. We always felt like we were in control of the process. This approach allowed us to build a relationship gradually, based on mutual trust.
The design/build approach is certainly an expensive one, but recognizing that up front is important. You do get what you pay for - I mean that in the most positive sense in this case.
Once we selected Custom Craft, the team got to work. It was a true pleasure working with the team from beginning to end. Brittany M, our Designer, led us through the design process, making sure to understand our needs and translating that into a design that was truly unique and that made creative use of our existing spaces. She took the time to walk us through all the material selections. Even when we had a problem with the accent tile supplier, Brittany immediately found a suitable replacement (that we like even better!) that kept us on our original construction timeline.
The Construction team was just as professional, courteous, and highly skilled. Dietrich A (Project Manager) and Shawn G (Construction Lead) were consistently clear and frequent in their daily communications (both in person and in BuilderTrend). They neatly segregated the construction areas from the rest of the house, minimizing the disruption as much as possible. And the quality of the work is some of the best I've ever seen. Shawn G's craftmanship, attention to detail, and customer-focused work ethic are outstanding. Similarly, the various other trades that worked on the project followed Shawn G's lead in making this a truly memorable project that we will enjoy for years to come. You will not be disappointed if you choose Custom Craft for your project. 5 stars!!“

“We had a very pleasant experience working with Meridian Construction remodeling our kitchen. During the design process, they took all our concerns into account and helped us design a kitchen within our existing kitchen and dining room that not only gave us more working and storage space, but more usable seating and dining as well. They thoroughly checked where existing utilities were to limit unanticipated issues after the demo. The construction ended up taking place during the holidays, and although not ideal, Meridian made it a pleasant experience. The craftsmanship was great, and they addressed our questions and concerns promptly and professionally. Our kitchen and dining look amazing and we’re so happy with their work. I would definitely call them again if we need any further remodeling or work around our home.“

“We recently hired Creative Contracting for a complete bathroom remodel as well as a closet and primary bedroom redesign. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their kindness and professionalism made the entire process stress-free. They were incredibly flexible, accommodating our schedule and modifications we requested without hesitation.

What truly stood out was their attention to detail—every tile, fixture, and finish was executed with precision and care. On top of that, they were honest and transparent throughout the project, providing clear communication and fair pricing with no surprises.
The design software they used gave us a real picture of how the end product would look, including a 360 view of the space with all the colors, patterns and fixtures represented. “We had Jason and his team renovate the kitchen in our 1860 home.
Going in we knew there would be some unforeseen issues specific to the sheer age of our home and that the kitchen hadn’t been touched since roughly around 1920. Each issue we came across Jason explained our choices clearly. He tackled each issue and made sure he was onsite every day to oversee the reno or at the least get his guys set up with direction for the day & everything was still completed within the initial timeframe he had set.
He helped me make quite a few choices on design and practicality during the process, it was very appreciated as a full kitchen reno can be quite stressful. He also custom made our gorgeous pantries to match the kitchen cabinets we had chosen. We totally felt comfortable having Jason and his team, Liam and Brennan in our home during the process & we couldn’t be happier with our kitchen!!“
