“Jeremy Kring is the owner of Jumping JACS and he absolutely loves what he does. I found him while looking for a personal trainer for general fitness and endurance. He wrote me a program that specifically fit my fitness goals and we do 1 - 1 trainings. The nice thing about doing the 1 on 1 trainings is when your first starting out you tend to worry about people staring and judging you. He has in a room where no one else can see you and it helps keep your mind at ease. While doing the exercises Jeremy will first demonstrate how to do the exercise and watch how you do it. If he notices that your form is wrong he gives guidance on how to better adjust so that you don't get injured. He also explains how each exercise benefits the particular muscle that it targets and other muscles that may support that movement, I'm the type of person that enjoys knowing this and it creates interesting conversation. Every 6-8wks we revisit my fitness goals and he adjusts my program by giving me a new set of exercises to do so that your muscles don't get used to doing the same exercises over and over. Overall if you are looking for a personal fitness trainer I would highly recommend Jeremy you will have a hard time finding someone more knowledgeable, experienced, and caring than him.“

“I came to Compel Fitness looking for a workout plan where someone could help me hold myself accountable and push me at the same time. Adam O. is that guy for me. “Best gym for the price, clean, lit, nice staff. Also they just need to make sure to clean equipment more daily so treadmills aren't sticker even though they are good as of now. The hours are trash on weekends and Friday tho. Close too early“
