I couldn’t find the right exercise that didn’t cause more back pain until I went to Donna’s Absolute Pilates in Harrisburg. I go twice a week and I love it! Donna really pays attention to my limitations but I still get a great workout.

I have had classes with Donna and Brian. They are amazing! I am a beginner and they are very supportive of your starting point. Great studio, very clean, and everyone is so inviting!
