All of the employees are very friendly. They always make sure to greet me as I'm walking in the door as well as say "have a great day" when I'm leaving. All of the machines are well maintained and I've seen the employees periodically go through and clean the facility. Even the bathrooms are sparkling clean when I go in.

The check in process is easy and quick. The gym has plenty of equipment. I particularly like that the members are all shapes and sies, so I do not feel out of place. The hydromassage beds for after the workout make the workout totally worth it!

Hands down, the CLEANEST, Planet Fitness I've ever been to. I wish the West and East York locations were as clean. The staff is very polite, and you see them walking around and vacuuming regularly. Even the tanning beds are nice and clean. No hair trapped underneath, all the bolts actually in the sockets, and clean floors. I don't want to post negative about the other locations, but they should take a lesson from this spot.
