“I joined a few months ago and couldn’t be happier with the little gem! Very clean and staff/owners are so very friendly and helpful! Membership is very affordable. Even through this heatwave we’ve had, the gym stays at the perfect temperature :)”
“Kelly, the person in charge of the reception, is very friendly, gave me all the necessary information to be a new member, took the time and explained everything to me patiently, it is a place very full of peace, The little problem is basketball court is busy in different events but everything else the place is incredible.”
“Training with Russ has been life changing. Who would have thought that we’d be in our 50s and feel stronger than our younger days! We like to tell the story of how, before we started working with Russ, it used to take our whole family a week to spread 5 scoops of mulch and everyone dreaded it. This year, 2 of us got it done in 3.5 hours and going up and down the hills with wheel barrow after wheel barrow of mulch was no problem. I even looked forward to the challenge this year. Thank you Russ and Fortius!”
