I was intimidated at first because I never tried reformer Pilates until about a year ago. The instructors give such helpful tips and the other clients are so welcoming and it’s always such a good time. Class sizes are small (6 reformers) so instructors can keep an eye on everyone and assist when needed. I have been bringing numerous friends to Sculpt to try reformer Pilates for their first times and they always love it and come back.“
