Jeremy Kring is the owner of Jumping JACS and he absolutely loves what he does. I found him while looking for a personal trainer for general fitness and endurance. He wrote me a program that specifically fit my fitness goals and we do 1 - 1 trainings. The nice thing about doing the 1 on 1 trainings is when your first starting out you tend to worry about people staring and judging you. He has in a room where no one else can see you and it helps keep your mind at ease. While doing the exercises Jeremy will first demonstrate how to do the exercise and watch how you do it. I found Jeremy almost 3 years ago. I cannot put into words how much he has changed my life over the past 2.5 years. I had a hard time working out on my own and coaching was everything I needed! Prices for his services are honest and fair. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks Jeremy!

Jumping J.A.C.s has been an amazing place to workout. I have been going for 3 years. Offers flexible scheduling, reasonable pricing, one on one training guidance, and individualized work out programs. Jeremy is amazing to work with and provides a variety of equipment and exercises. Great for those just starting out their work out journey or an advanced athlete or those right in the middle that just want to get stronger or tone up without the big gym intimidation. Jeremy also offers nutritional guidance to incorporate healthy eating into daily life. Jumping J.A.C.s is worth your money and time!
