“I was recommended to Pat and I'm very happy that I was. I got a brand new sink recently, deeper than I had before, which ended up being an issue since my one pipe underneath my sink was now up too high. This is not a problem you can DIY, so thankfully Pat was able to come out the morning after I called. I had tons of cooking to do the next day and desperately needed my sink up and running. He was able to resolve the issue within a few hours. He even looked at a broken off grey water drain pipe to my food trailer and reattached it! I couldn't be happier with the service. “I had numerous plumbing problems , my mother lives in a mobil home, we had to hold the toilet handle down for the toilet to fill , for ever. He fixed that and Replaced all the parts in the tank that were wore out , no more high water bills , he put a new sink stopper in sink , the old one would not come up anymore . Every year the trailor pipe going outside under the trailor to the hose spicket would freeze and bust , he put a, new shorter water pipe closer to the kitchen sink by drilling a hole from outside in and no more freezing pipe . And it's sealed well The tub needs snaked out , no draining like it should , the previous owner never put the correct drainage pipe that didn't have a bend in for a wire snake to go threw to clean out a clog. He is willing to crawl under the trailor to open the pipe up to to unclog the tub , it's tight down there, he is a big boned fella , im impressed by that , plus our toilet is loose , the part that is connected to the floor , he's going to take the toilet off and check for leaks that e can't see in the bathroom and Make the connection tighter , we here water , he's going to see what it could be. He's , very knowledgeable. He's been doing this his whole life , he's good to work with and is angies list a credited , tond of positive reviews , and his prices is alot more reasonable , and he's a master plumber at that. And didnt stand me up like other plumbers and try to nikel and dime me :) he had to come out again and waved the cost of the first hour fee , because he couldn't get it done in one shot .You can't wrong with him , i only know him from the job he is doing for my mom and me. :) he takes pride in his work , and won't let you down :)“
