Most especially impressive is Jackie who speedily and efficiently took care of my complex scheduling needs through the VA. The testing goes fast at Hamilton Eye, unlike at Wills Eye, that takes hours with one person per each test, test then waiting room, test then waiting room, test then waiting room. What a pleasant surprise at Hamilton Eye, they are doing something right to have a caring staff from front desk reception to the last stop of scheduling.“
