Normally we wouldnt mind the early arrival but a heads up would have been appreciated or at least provide a 4 hour window so we can be prepared. If they can improve communication we would have no issues.

Even so, I was surprised by the outstanding quality of their service. My aunt (90 y.o.) wanted to have a dual split system in her older home. Their quote was more than fair, and came in under others.

They scheduled us within a week (it was installed in December) and the service was outstanding. Chan and Julian were gentlemen, and were very considerate of my aunt and her home.

While we haven’t used the cooling yet, the equipment that they installed looks great, and the outside looks great too.

“The team at Brothers did an outstanding job under some fairly difficult circumstances. I purchased a home and the heat pump died as soon as the temp dropped. Not knowing the area well, I called brothers based on their close proximity. They responded immediately! A complete new system - inside and outside - was installed in about 24 hours. “Starting from the very first phone call to the scheduling of the work, Stacey was amazing! Such a professional with some great humor as well.

So we had an old oil furnace, AC and water heater replaced with a new high efficiency heat pump system. The team sowed up first thing in the morning, ripped out the old and put in the new IN ONE DAY!!!! Joe, Justin and the guys were very professional and worked non stop.

Before they left everything was cleaned up and they made sure everything was up and running to our satisfaction!
