Last night my AC unit started leaking water. I had to shut it down, first thing in morning I called and when the scheduler came in she would call. Kim call in afternoon and even though they of course are busy because of hot weather she fix me in then she texted me with tech's name and would be arriving soon. It was a clogged line and tested it. All good.I really appreciate the care they take for their customers.

We received several quotes before choosing Rossi. I researched the units quoted by different contractors and found the Trane AC and heater units Rossi quoted to be the best quality and highest rated within our budget. Their salesman met me in person, evaluated our needs, took the time to present several options. Other contractors quoted higher for much lower rated units. Rossi showed up on time, installers were polite, professional and clean. I had to leave work to meet them at my house on the day of the installation… they called the day before and the day of, giving me a heads up as to when they'd be arriving, and they showed up precisely when promised. Tiday i had the pleasure of meeting Lucas and Even. When they came out to repair my centrral air. They wer polite, did what they had to do and kept everything clean. Rossi Mechanical should be proud to have them on the team!!!!!!
