“We had a 2nd floor bathroom flood on Christmas morning. Leaked all the way down to the basement. When I called, TRC offered to send people out on Christmas Day to handle the damage. I declined that offer and had them come out on the following day. They took care of everything and kept me in the loop the entire time. Totally professional and clean.
