We are very grateful for the exceptional service we received from Dave Schaeffer at Servpro. In June 2024, a fire at our neighbor's property caused significant damage to our home’s exterior and destroyed our shed. From the very beginning, Dave went above and beyond to help us navigate the recovery process.
Dave came out to our property within a day of the incident, conducting a thorough inspection and documenting everything needed for the insurance claim. His attention to detail and professionalism were immediately apparent. Throughout the often long and challenging insurance process, Dave was an incredible advocate for us, ensuring we received the coverage we needed.
Servpro was great at drying up our school after a sprinkler pipe burst and leaked down half of the school. They very quickly came and started working right away. Blake was easy to communicate with and his team Matt and Matthew and the whole crew were very helpful and communicative.
