Javon and Eric did an amazing job. They were professional and friendly, and were able to accomodate my request for additional rooms to be cleaned. The process was very organized and efficient, and they were both patient and understanding when I struggled to find the water supply in my new home. I would absolutely recommend this team and company!
Had Stanley SteAmer from Gilbertsville come in to do Duct cleaning and install a whole house air purifier. The crew arrived on time after letting us know they were on the way and gave us an ETA…which is great in case you weren’t home
Joe, Brandon, and Mel were our techs and what a great crew. From knowledge about the work being performed, friendly and job site cleanup it was a 5 star experience. Highly recommended this franchise location and I would have this crew back in a heartbeat for our next project
Javon and Tyree were so nice and worked hard to clean and deodorize my carpet. Four stars only because hours later the stains that looked gone are actually back. Overall the carpet is clean and sanitized though and I don’t know…maybe the stains were a lost cause.
Update: I was really impressed when the company saw my 4 star rating and review and reached out to come back at no charge to tackle my stains. The same two gentlemen came back. They were very helpful and informative. Sadly the stains wicked back up, though lighter. Updated to 5 stars because they stood behind their service.
