Last week I called looking for a cleanup and sanitizing of a sewage back up at my place of business. They came within the hour of the phone call to asses the work. They gave me a quote and propsal the next day and then the day after that Zaid and Mike were onsite working. They cleaned and sanitized everything I asked quickly and safely. The room where the sewage backed up was back to normal and it looked (and smelled) like nothing ever happened there. I can not recomend them enough.
Overflowed commode leaked through our ceiling and into the kitchen (ew). Reynolds (specifically Michael and Zayde) arrived a few hours later, assessed the damage and really helped us understand our options. They were incredibly professional, kind and honest. Thanks Michael and Zayde, will use again (but hopefully not too soon)
Tree fell on our garage and punctured roof in main house. Rain was coming in. Reynolds Restoration responded immediately. Patch was put on roof which stopped water coming in and a tarp was put over garage and secured. Unbelievably prompt service. Ed (Manager) was easy to reach and followed up on the work. Thomas responded and was extremely knowledgable and made necessary repairs. Couldn't have asked for better assistance at a time when we really needed it.
