Rob did a great job. He said that the type of stains would come out and they did. The carpet looks new. He was on time, moved furniture and replaced it, and is so pleasant. Thanks !

The carpet cleaning was done while we were away, so did not the job in progress. The finished job was acceptable to us and appreciate that the lights were off and door locked as you left. Disappointed that you did not leave any cleaner to spot clean the carpet. Do you know why 4 days after the carpet is cleaned we begin to see spots in thr carpet?
