“A few weeks ago the hot water heater in our home went and we had about a foot of water in our basement, of course it happened on a weekend. We pumped all the water out and got the heater fixed but were left with a basement that has little to no air circulation and a damp environment. We called the insurance company first thing Monday morning at 8am, by 9:30am a Rep for this restoration company was on site. He assessed everything and dispatched a crew out to us and they removed all the water damaged items and dried the floor with an army of fans for a few days. We also had a lot of storage in the basement in boxes and they unboxed and re-boxed everything. They were professional and prompt service can’t recommend them enough! They made one of the most stressful times in my and my wife’s life much easier to get through. Thanks everyone!!!”
