Central Heating & Plumbing has been serving customers since 1967, committed to providing quality service and completing jobs quickly and correctly. Customers praise the company's professional and knowledgeable staff. A customer experienced a breakdown on a holiday and was impressed with the prompt service and reasonable price for a new central air unit. Another customer appreciated the advice and thoroughness of the plumbers who resolved a main line clog, going above and beyond to help.
Recently, customers have reported a great experience overall, with quick callbacks for furnace replacement, central air installation, and dual zone systems. Scott was helpful during site visits, outlining options and discussing system benefits. Trenton and Donovan were outstanding during installation, communicating throughout the process, arriving on time, and maintaining a clean work area. They went above and beyond to ensure ductwork and components were set up for efficiency and educated customers on their new systems, leading to extreme pleasure with the outcome and quality of service. Jason, Chris, and Coulter were highly professional and personable during a complete new HVAC install, answering all questions promptly and clearly. Customers also sought AC solutions to beat the heat, with Scott again being great in recommending solutions. Communication and service were exactly what one hopes for, and technicians Donovan and Trenton were unparalleled in their expertise and service, even cleaning previous units.
Very nice ownership and staff. We had a new unit installed and the guys that came out were super nice, and very hard working men. They cleaned everything up and got it working perfectly. Very pleased with the owners helping us. Thank you all.
Central heating & plumbing sent John and Will to fix a water problem for my elderly mother. They were very informative with every step as well as pleasant. Thanks, will definitely use again.
Jon and Will did an excellent job solving a difficult A/C condensation line and wash tub plumbing issue. We are incredibly particular in our home and they keep that in consideration on every job. Their timeliness and professionalism is top notch! Highly recommend and will not hesitate to use again!
