We were in need of whole house air conditioning. Our home was very unique in regards to having no ductwork, we have hot water heat. Another obstacle was having two separate attic spaces. Chester came in and did a thorough review of the premises and gave us a few options. Collectively we decided on how to proceed relative to equipment etc. Chester was prompt with a quote which was reasonable and more than competitive.Chester and his team did the work from A to Z in less than a week and everything looks and works great! Great to work with! They are very responsive, do great work, and will answer any questions you have. You can tell they take pride in their work. They did our furnace, AC, and instant tankless water heater. All working great! It was great experience to work with them from start to finish!
I again used Sprowls Mechanical to fix issues with my furnace. I am a customer of a major home warranty companies with which Sprowls is a participant. Chet Sprowls, in conjunction with the home warranty company, expedited my repair since it was during the single-digit temperature time periods this winter. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty furnace gas valve, and again, another bad control board. He obtained the parts the same day as service was scheduled and got me back up and running in an expeditious manner. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
