Honestly 10/10 service from everyone. Bossman called me around 9 in the morning (that's what im gonna call him based off vibes 😊) and he came over checked out my old hot water tank told me they were able to do the service that day and that they had everything they needed and his guys came out literally within the hour and they were done within an hour or so.
They were so nice and they made sure to explain to me everything they were doing and why they were doing it. And the pricing was EXTREMELY reasonable everyone else wanted to charge me $2000+ no matter what and they charged me wayyy less than that based off what kind system i have etc. They did everything so quickly… read full review
I stopped into their shop this morning looking for a part for my Rheem Furnace. Explained that my FIL usually helps me and we handle small repairs, but with recent issues we had we wanted to have someone come out and confirm everything is correct. I figured it would be at least a week, they had a tech out this afternoon! I couldn’t make it home but he talked to me on the phone understood my concerns, found the issues and repaired them. Pricing was extremely fair. Very impressed with the service!
Thanks to John for the prompt service. Called the 14th after 4 and John was here before 8 on the 15th. AC stopped working on our 25 year old system.
Blown capacitor and marginal coolant. In and out in less than an hour and it said it was going to be 90 today. Happy.
