We’ve had plumbing issues a couple times since purchasing our house in 2020. Each time we’ve been more than happy with the service Rick and the other guys have provided. They’re always very efficient, and professional.
Very pleased with the service that Bintrim provided recently. They came highly recommended by multiple neighbors. Scott and his team arrived to my home to help diagnose a water heater issue. They were knowledgable, kind, and provided us with several options to choose from for remedying our situation. They even helped steer us away from making a choice that wouldn't best serve our home, even though that option would have likely resulted in them earning more money. Scott was freaking AWESOME! Very professional, on time, kind and pleasant!! And got the job done! I had another plumbing crew come days before and couldn’t fix the issues I was having. Scott had it cleared and cleaned less than an hour!! 10 outta 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND
