“We had such a great experience with Jayson and Brock during the installation of our new air conditioning unit. The team arrived on time and completed the job in just one day. Our existing setup was older and required some customization, but they handled it seamlessly. We had received quotes from several other companies, all of whom insisted we needed to replace our working furnace. Not Motta. They found a way to make it work without unnecessary upgrades. Jayson went above and beyond—he thoroughly explained how to optimize the system, including the importance of frequent filter changes, and even made sure I could find the correct filter on Amazon before leaving. Brock was meticulous in his work. He relocated the new unit away from a component of our pellet stove, addressing a safety issue where the pipe and AC unit had previously touched. They installed a new pad, removed the surrounding grass, and finished everything so neatly that it looked like the unit had always been there. I'm truly grateful for the time and effort Jayson, Brock, and the entire Motta team put into making sure we were comfortable again—especially in these hot summer days. Highly recommend!“

“Great knowledgeable HVAC technician. Installed an outdoor AC unit with a heat pump system in my existing furnace. Did all the math to get us the proper sized unit and to configure it properly.

Independent as of this review so I didn't pay for a mountain of overhead for the same/similar unit from the big firms. He blew their quotes out of the water. Was also able to let me know about what to expect for our job for time frame and any potential inconveniences which there really weren't any.

Came back a few days later after request, my S/O had issue with some of the fan noises and he was quick to return and lower the fan speed a little and test it and make sure everything was going to still meet our needs. She's happy with that and I'm satisfied with the product and it's performance.

“My experience with A&D Air Heating & Air duct cleaning was nothing short of excellent. I had no idea how dangerous a clogged dryer vent could be until Sean came out for a dryer vent inspection service. He showed me the inside of our vent line, which was completely blocked with lint build up. He walked me through the risks and performed a much-needed dryer vent repair on the damaged sections of the duct. He even gave us tips on how often to clean the vents and how to recognize warning signs. I highly recommend them and will definitely schedule regular maintenance service from now on.“
