“To be here is to be truly cared for. Everything from nutrition, fitness goals, self-defense classes, spiritual wellness and so much more is available. The staff’s positive energy (yay 😀 Mike!!) is something I look forward to every Saturday. The workouts (only an hour) are well thought out. As I put forth the effort the workouts are productive and well worth the hour. I leave feeling refreshed, energized ready to schedule another class 😊.
