Many downfalls to this gym. People are exiting quickly. Broken equipment, broken amenities, filthy. Keep raising yearly fees. The kicker was a 15.00 late charge charged to me for being 4 days past due on my monthly fee (even though I called the day before and explained why I would be late and they said that was okay). Manager said there is nothing she could do about it.Please see updateUpdate:Spoke to Steve the General Manager. Issues being worked on and the fee I was charged was compensated for.

Everyone here is very helpful especially the general manager Sean. I had issues with payments and he was willing to help me. Nice gym definitely would recommend to friends and family

My husband went in today with my 15 year old son and wasn't allowed in because my son didn't have an ID mind you they've been going for more than a year now without a problem till today and husband has the membership where he can take 1 person with him. How are they ok to go in for so long and today the girl had a problem? " assistant manager"
