We never feel rushed and no question is ever treated as stupid or dismissed. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The one time my daughter was late, they were concerned and not punitive. She’d tripped over the dog’s leash and fell causing the delay. They offered her some gauze and kind words when she arrived with bloodied hands and knees. We’re almost always on time. Maybe being late to appointments at our old practice was because we were met with such indifferent hostility for not keeping on their 15 min per visit schedule. Valley Vet takes the time necessary to treat your pet not worried with rushing you out the door.“

“Weve been to a lot of vets over the years for our dogs and for rescues but this was a first time taking a client dog in and I couldn't be more thankful that we went here and had the experience we did. The staff was amazing from the first call, during the visit, to the check up call from the vet a couple days later. There's not a lot of techs and doctors that really hear you and take your knowledge and bond of the animal into consideration. The front desk ladies are there with a smile and compassion, when i know on most days they can have the hardest job taking the brunt of it all. But this team does it all with a smile and amazing bed side manner.

“We’ve been going to All Creatures Veterinary Clinic for over 25 years! The staff is accommodating, friendly and efficient. I especially remember when I had to euthanize my cat; my first fur baby (whom I had been taking to Dr. Dougherty and Gail for 13 years at that point so they knew my level of endearment for him) and they allowed my husband and I to take our time as we said goodbye to him and didn’t rush us at all. They let us leave through a back entrance so we didn’t have to deal with any customers as we left. I really appreciated the consideration I didn’t know I needed in that moment.

We take our Goldendoodle there now. They are a great practice.“

“What can I say? I wish we could all pass on while lying on our beds on the porch, in the full sunshine and surrounded by family, with a belly full of Reese's peanut butter cups. This was the best money ever spent. Dr. Aronson was so kind, respectful, and really listened. She let us set the pace and explained what was going to happen, both in advance and as it went on, and made sensitive suggestions throughout and giving us space as needed. After she left, she followed up with a poem based on the stories we told her about my dog, along with a nose print that she took of him. Being able to say goodbye to your dog on your own time and in a stress-free setting of your choosing is the greatest gift. I'm so grateful we had this option and I'm so glad we had Dr. Aronson there to help.“
