My 5 pound dog had a tooth abscess and it’s a snowy Sunday night. So I took her to the one place I always take my animals when they need urgent care. Everyone at the office was so helpful and treated her and me with kindness and she has her medicine to take and hopefully she will feel better soon. I had a very good experience at Keystone. Everyone was great. Most importantly I felt that they cared about my cat. She had emergency surgery and the doctor was very clear about everything along the way. She was thorough with her post op report to me and let me know the possible outcomes. The day after I picked my cat up, I had a follow up question and asked for someone to call me back. I was very impressed to get that callback. Days later I called into Ashley, the practice manager and she was very patient with me the multiple times I called asking for more explanation regarding the final bill. My dog had a medical emergency over the weekend and I called Keystone, and spoke to Tabitha. Their doctor had just gone into emergency surgery so they couldn’t take us. I was in a bit of a panic but Tabitha tried her best to help refer me and keep me calm over several phone calls. All’s well that ends well with my pup who is home and doing fine after spending a night in the hospital where we were referred. I will absolutely keep Keystone as my go-to for pet emergencies!
