We just brought our 3 year old pup in for some urinary issues. Every single person was wonderful from beginning to end. The front desk worker Lauren was kind and helpful. The techs and vet were extremely thorough and honest. Everyone treated our baby like their own. Definitely a great experience and happy to know there is a great emergency vet nearby.
Absolutely impeccable service. Everyone that I encountered was extremely friendly and also knowledgeable. They worked with me every step of the way by double checking before doing more treatments, so as not to overcharge me and allow me to approve each additional treatment to gain the knowledge we needed. I highly recommend this facility for emergency care.
I’m so happy we happened upon Keystone from a local recommendation. We sadly realized that it was time to put our 14 year old Sheltie down because she collapsed and wouldn’t get back up. Lap of Love was fully booked, and our regular vet is about 50 minutes away. We wanted to get her somewhere fast to give her a peaceful goodbye.The employees were so helpful and compassionate. They came to our car to carry Molly in and showed us to a private room. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye - and they were so patient especially since we had our 2 young kids with us.We were also so incredibly touched when Keystone mailed us a card a few days later.
