I've been working as a trainer for a year now, and I have never seen a company like this care so much about their members. The workout is personalized to each of them, down to a perfect science. It's always changing and I'm always learning with new information that makes the workouts that much more effective.

If you do this workout as it's meant to be done, you get results. The crew at the Jenkintown location have challenged me consistently while also being super supportive and encouraging. As a result I've been making gains almost weekly and feel stronger than ever at age 50!

It’s hard. So hard. And so so worth it! I have muscles and bragging rights. If you had told me 6 months ago how much weight I’d be lifting/pressing/pulling, I would not have believed it. And the trainers are awesome - I’ve worked with a few, and they’re all knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging.
