“Jenn was fantastic! She arrived right on time, explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to make sure the proper information was submitted to my home warranty company to get the repair approved. Highly recommend her service!”
“I left a message for their emergency dispatcher Saturday when the entire city flooded. My basement did, as well, and I have a newer sump pump. My call was returned within 10 minutes, and the gentleman instructed me what to do to see if it would kick on. It did, and he called back twice after that to make sure it was still functioning. They were here Monday morning and new one installed. Absolutely stellar service, communication and friendliness, I highly recommend!”
“I called on Monday, first available regular business hour appointment was Wednesday. They fixed 3 things that needed done and checked for leaks, which was initially why I called (none found). They did go under my trailer so that was amazing. The price seems fair, and they have a 1 year warranty.”
