Justin is a super star, in my opinion! He came to the house originally on an emergency call. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and returned to install the part to get my furnace working again. Professional, courteous, personable, and just a wealth of knowledge, I can’t thank him enough!
Technician was very knowledgeable, and explained everything that makes the furnace run properly. He also assured us that they are available for any emergency’s that we may have.
Very good service, told us about our furnace filters work and what type is best for our furnace. We were using a filter that was too heavy duty and told us what to use that would do the job and wouldn't be hard on the furnace. Very polite man.
